During this part of the camp, campers come up with their own sketches and compete against each other by showcasing their acting abilities and teamwork. What is Youth Camp all about?
A time of B-o-n-d-i-ng with new and old friends?
Learning the meaning of team-work?
Discovering your hidden talents?
Sportsmanship... in giving your best shot?
Friendly rivalries?
Or is it just about having plain fun?
There's more to Youth Camp than what it seems.
a mixture of laughter, concentration and blur-ness

Of eggs, flour, oyster sauce, and other yummy ingredients.
Despite of what it sounds like, this is not a very interesting baking class. So where else then, do you find such a combination? Well, here are a few hints. Eggs are good for their slimy property, making things sticky and icky. Flour gets very lumpy and clings to your clothes as if it were for dear life. Oyster sauce is takes a particularly smooth ride over your skin, sending chills and shivers down one’s spine.
So evidently this is a post about Camp’s infamous station games.
Usually on the 2nd and 3rd days of camp, games, like probably many people, stop being so ‘soft’, ‘demure’ and ‘shy’. Like campers who come out of their shell and let their more playful and wilder sides come out. Games evolve into something more brutal, and indefinitely, way more messy.
Personally, I don’t mind having a piece of toast, butter very generously spread all over, to be set on top of my head. In the spirit of games, I don’t even mind being drenched in some ‘flour + water’ solution, for as long as I’m not wearing something that I’d like to bring home.
But what about you? What are the most interesting messy games you’ve played? Any suggestions that you’d like to include in this year’s camp?
What are your opinions on camp’s gross games? Are they a must? Would camp be so utterly incomplete without it?
We’re excited to hear from you guys (and gals)!

A welcome
Firstly, a proper and warm welcome from us...
Judging from the "hit counter" that displays the number of times this site was visited and the fact that we have only just started this site, I'm encouraged that we already have a few "frequent" visitors ;> As we go along and move closer towards the month of December, there will be other polls that you can participate in, along with different types of entries that will be posted by the Committee members- from pictorial posts to testimonies to articles. Do drop a comment/message in the chat box, and spread the word about this site (by linking-up in your own blogs or telling others).
